My group had an amazing time and we were very comfortable and well taken care of. Booking process was super smooth. It was a super complete experience, Rodolfo and Kevin were an extraordinary team and we were able to learn a lot about the Mayan culture. The whole tour is totally worth it because it presents a lot of variety and cultural learning.

Our group did not like the hidden costs and prefer transparency with the total cost including Chichen Itza fee, taxes, life jackets and locker. Your website said the life jackets was optional but it was mandatory when we got there. We didn't want to swim and only want to walk down to the cenote but was told we can't since we didn't pay for the jackets. We felt we didn't get our money's worth. The buffet was ok and thought it was mostly inexpensive ingredients was served. If they had sold the tequilas in smaller bottles (less than 3 oz) we would have bought them as samples.

Our guide, Tony was so helpful and remained entertaining throughout the entire tour. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. He was very knowledgeable about the history of this archaeological site and was very informative. I would definitely reccomend this tour for English and Spanish speakers as he made all of us feel very comfortable.

I did not like your service at all, You have scammed us with the price, we paid an amount that you put on the web and days later you send us an email that we have to pay almost double to enter the site, an email that I had not even seen. The guide was terrible and practically no time to see things. I want my money back, I want my money back. Please, I want my money back.

The tour guide and driver were amazing, Francisco and Santos, and the tour itself was fun! The only downside was the pickup time, calling it a sunrise tour, but arriving 2 hours after sunrise was underwhelming. Other than that everything was great

Major missing the awesome vibe of Chichen Itza. The guide was excellent and just what we needed. The on site guides charge much more whenever they see foreigners.

This was the perfect tour I was looking for . It had everything I wanted, a guided tour at Sunrise with pick up and drop offs . The guide was really amazing and the tour was very well planned adn punctual.

Amazing time I had at Chichen Itza. It is a must visit site to see the ancient ruins of the Mayan civilization and the guide who accompanied us knew his subject extremely well and walked us through the history of this place. We absolutely loved the experience.

If you are looking for a guide at a reasonable rate, this is your go to. A lot of times local guides overcharge but headout is trustable and I have used in a lot of places.
