• MERA Business Lounge is located airside, after Security Checks, on the ground floor in front of boarding Gate 54 (next to Maison Kayser Restaurant), Terminal 4, Cancún International Airport.

Timings

• The lounge is open every day from 6:30am to 9:30pm.

Documents required

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your lounge booking.
• Also, carry a same-day boarding pass for your domestic flight. Display them at the entrance, if requested.

Rules & restrictions

• The lounge is in the airside Departures Area, so all guests must pass through security checks and passport control before entering the lounge.
• Access is limited to ticketed passengers departing on domestic flights from Terminal 4.

What to bring

• Have your same-day boarding pass and valid photo ID matching the name on your booking ready when you arrive at the lounge entrance.

What's not allowed

• Food and drinks cannot be taken out of the lounge.
